Babysitting in your apartment can be arranged through Reception.

Gas barbecues are available free of charge at any time at the centre of the resort. They are located between the lake and the outdoor pool. The light switch for the barbecue area is on the South-East corner post (closest to the indoor heated pool) of the gazebo. Utensils can be found in your kitchen.

Note: No cooking equipment to be brought in to rooms / apartments, i.e. – BBQ’s, smokers, hibachi grills etc.

Please keep the white bath towels for use within the suites only. Coloured towels are provided via a pool towel voucher handed out on check in, for use as a second towel when swimming and they may be exchanged when necessary at the Facilities Room opposite the Café or at the Reception desk.

Adult mens and ladies bikes and helmets are available for hire from Reflections.

If you are bringing your push bike with you, we have a bike storage area available. Let our staff know you want to store your bike (access between 7.30am and 8.30pm) and our team will ensure your bike is locked away and safe during your stay – all you have to do is bring your own lock! Dial EXT 81 from your room to have Reception open the storage unit for you.

One car parking bay is assigned to each 2 and 3 Bedroom Apartment to assist with the loading of baggage into and out of the car. This assignment is made because the self-catering family suites are normally associated with larger amounts of baggage.

There are also many unassigned bays available for general use and these are normally available within reasonable proximity to any particular suite.

During peak periods, there may be times when the additional vehicles on site create a situation where the nearest available space is a little further away than normal from a particular unit.

We respectfully request that guests and visitors do not park in any parking bay assigned to another guest.

Abundant parking is provided at the South (road entry) end of the property for the cars of non-resident guests to the Resort and those of your personal day guests.

Your cooperation in correctly parking your vehicle and in ensuring that your visitors do likewise is very much appreciated.

Garage parking bays are available for hire and via reception and are subject to availability.

Valet parking is also available in the open carpark by arrangement with Reception.

The children’s playground is located at the beach end of the property.The equipment is designed for children under 12 and should not be used by adults or older children.

Please refrain from feeding the ducks near the Café or the pools to avoid the ducks becoming aggressive or a nuisance.

Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

For admittance and/or assistance in operating the gym equipment please direct enquiries to Reflections. The gymnasium equipment includes electrically driven equipment moving parts and heavy weights that may be dangerous to young children

Laundry facilities are provided in each unit in the 2 and 3 Bedroom Apartments. For the 1 Bedroom Apartments and Studio Spa Suites, a 24 hour Guest Laundry may be accessed from the East (Café) side ground floor passage.

A dry cleaning service is also available on weekdays. This is an all care, no responsibility service unless detailed laundry or dry cleaning instructions are provided with the garments to be cleaned. Please contact Reception to book this for you.

Luggage may be stored in the luggage room adjacent to Reception.

Paths within the Resort are specifically for pedestrian, pram and wheelchair use.The use of roller blades, scooters and skate boards is not permitted due to pedestrian safety. Careful, low speed cycling is permitted but not on the long central ramp leading to the Atrium. Bicycles are expected to give way.

Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

The sauna is a dry sauna. Sauna bookings can be made at Reflections. When not in use, the sauna is in stand-by mode and can be restored to operate and heat by the push button on the wall to the right-hand side of the sauna door. For assistance in operating the sauna please direct enquiries to the staff at Reflections.

Children under 12 years of age must be accompanied by an adult in all pools and pool enclosures.

The pools at the resort are provided for the enjoyment of all our guests. We kindly ask you to refrain from running, jumping or splashing excessively whilst in the pool area and be mindful that any anti-social behaviour will not be tolerated. Bottles and glasses are not permitted to avoid the possibility of broken glass. Please dry yourself after swimming before re-entering buildings.

Opening and closing times:

• The indoor heated pool is normally available to guests between 7.30am and 8.30pm (unless locked or marked as closed).
• The outdoor swimming pools are available between 8.30am and sunset in season (unless marked as closed)

Communal Spa:

Children must be closely supervised by an adult whilst they are in the spa. The spa motors are activated by a timer switch which is mounted on the wall adjacent to the spa. Once activated the motors will operate for approximately 30 minutes.

Guests, children and visitors are requested to dry themselves sufficiently to ensure that water is not carried from the pool areas into the buildings as floors and staircases may become slippery and dangerous when wet. As a resort, we aim to provide our guests with a duty of care and to maintain a safe environment for all our guests. Please be aware that resort management will not be responsible for any accident or damage that may result due to excess water from fellow guests who have exited the pool areas without ensuring that they are sufficiently dry.

Tennis Court:

Court bookings, racquets and balls are available from Reflections, upon payment of a small deposit. The tennis courts are half-court size and are normally unlocked. If they are locked, the gate keys are available to guests from Reflections. Non-marking tennis shoes are required to be worn on the courts, please.

Squash Court:

Squash rackets and balls are available free of charge from the cafe upon payment of a small deposit.

Squash court bookings can be made at Reflections. Reflections’ staff will check the footwear and operate the light and fan control for the squash court. White soled shoes are required by squash players.

Wave skis are available from Reflections, upon payment of a holding deposit at Reflections.
